Helpdesk Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line)

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Helpdesk Support Engineer to join our remote support team. In this role, you’ll provide 1st and 2nd line technical assistance to a wide range of business clients, helping resolve issues across Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and networking environments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver remote IT support via our HaloPSA helpdesk system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, application, and network issues
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, Intune, and SharePoint
  • Manage user accounts via Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Collaborate with senior engineers for escalations
  • Document fixes and contribute to service improvements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a helpdesk or MSP environment
  • Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows/macOS support skills
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

Location: Office or hybrid (no client site travel required)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
